We aim for our sizing to be consistent with standard footwear measurements. However, the best way to ensure a perfect fit is to try the shoes on at one of our dealer locations. Fit can sometimes vary slightly depending on the specific style.

If you find yourself between sizes when trying shoes on, consider how you'll wear them (with or without socks) and the style. Our dealers can offer advice, but generally choosing the slightly larger size offers more comfort for closed shoes.

We use a variety of quality materials selected for comfort and durability. A key material in many of our designs is EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), known for its lightweight cushioning and resilience. We also use genuine leather, high-grade synthetic materials, and breathable fabrics depending on the shoe style.

Yes, durability is a core focus. We select quality materials like robust EVA, sturdy synthetics, and genuine leather, combined with careful Nepali manufacturing techniques, to ensure our footwear lasts well with regular use.

Many of our products featuring EVA or certain synthetic materials offer excellent water resistance, making them suitable for damp conditions and easy cleaning. However, materials like leather or certain fabrics may not be fully waterproof unless specifically treated or stated. Please ask your dealer or check product tags for details.

Utsav Footwear is available exclusively through our network of authorized dealers across Nepal. We do not currently offer direct online sales.

Payment options vary by dealer. Most accept cash, and many also accept popular mobile wallets (like eSewa, Khalti) or local payment methods. Please confirm payment options directly with the dealer.

Policies are generally set by the authorized dealer where you purchase the footwear. Typically, exchanges or returns for store credit may be possible within a short period (e.g., 7 days) for unworn items in original condition with proof of purchase. Please confirm the specific dealer's policy when you buy.

You will need to return the item directly to the authorized dealer where you originally purchased it, following their specific procedures and timeframe.

EVA footwear is generally easy to clean! Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight.

For leather footwear, use a soft brush to remove dirt. Clean with a slightly damp cloth and use a quality leather cleaner if needed. Apply a suitable leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking. Allow to air dry naturally.

Proper care is key! Clean your shoes regularly based on their material. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight during storage. Allow shoes to air out after wearing. Use shoe trees for leather shoes to maintain shape. Rotate between pairs if you wear them frequently.
